4月28日のお昼にお伺いしました。
大阪・神戸旅行で、せっかく神戸に行くなら
一度は食べたいと思っていた神戸牛。
食べなきゃ帰れない……と思ってお店を探していたところ、神戸牛のみを取り扱うこちらのお店へ！
シェフの日野上さんが目の前の鉄板で焼いてくだりました。
初めていただいた神戸牛でしたが、もう、もう最高すぎました！！！
味が絶品なのはもちろんのこと、日野上さんとたくさんお話しして、お肉の歴史など色々教えていただきとても楽しかったです。
本当に人柄が良い方で素敵でした。
初めての神戸牛🤘🏻人生最高のお肉でした……！
また、日野上さんに焼いていただき、最高の思い出になりました。
また神戸に来た際は、必ず寄りたいお店です☺️

During my Osaka and Kobe trip, I knew I had to try Kobe beef at least once, since I was in Kobe.
I couldn't leave without trying it... so I searched for a restaurant and found this one that specializes in Kobe beef!
Chef Hinogami cooked it right in front of me on the teppanyaki grill.
It was my first time trying Kobe beef, and it was absolutely amazing!!!
Not only was the taste exquisite, but I also had a wonderful time chatting with Chef Hinogami, learning about the history of the meat and much more.
He was a truly wonderful person with a great personality.
My first Kobe beef🤘🏻 was the best meat I've ever had...!
And having Chef Hinogami cook it for me again made for a fantastic memory.
I definitely want to visit this restaurant again when I come back to Kobe☺️
