My wife and I stumbled upon this place while walking around the city. The food was amazing, we took the 2 person course that includes 3 types of beef 50g each Soup, rice ( we upgraded to the garlic rice highly recommended!!!) Chef Hiroshi is very friendly and handles the beef expertly. A pricey meal that is well worth it Would come here again for sure!

We visited 22nd March 2025, 12:00. My wife and I enjoyed our first Kobe beef experience with chef Hiroshi Hinokami at Miyabi Kitanozaka branch. The food was absolutely incredible, and beef was so tender and delicious. The service was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was amazing. We had the pleasure of watching Hiroshi prepare our food and the attention to detail and quality food was amazing. Hiroshi was very welcoming and was a very gracious host. We would love to see the photos he took with us on his phone! We would highly recommend Miyabi Kitanozaka branch.

Waited 1h and 45min with only drinks without any information about why, despite asking which was tricky with their bad English (had to use google translate later). The chef ran between the cashier, kitchen and our table so I did not find him taking care of the meet as I should. With a place like this (at least according to the reviews of real!?) I expected better service and better understanding of the situation since the chef had lack of understanding due to all the failure. Would recommend another place!

I am not sure if this team has ever worked with service before or if they just don’t care. We waited around two hours to be served our mains. They had mixed up orders and I had to eat my rice without anything to it. I find it very odd that the staff had the time to stage pictures with diplomas and the guest but no time to actually serve us. The chef ran between the two kitschens but it was obvious the room next door was prioritized as they had finished eating before we even got started. We received no information beforehand that they would be shortstaffed or similar. Paid full price.
