Only comment is that the chef can be more service oriented by smiling at customers and making small talk, however, I appreciate that he thought of telling us how to eat the food so we can maximise the flavours
I do not mind paying the $$$$ when I know I am paying for quality ingredients, skill and time that the chef dedicated to make the eating experience a whole new level. Thank you for the beautiful meal
