神戸牛の中でも賞を授賞した牛の肉を出す、カウンター8席程の窓のない静かな大人の空間。 平成29年8月15日の初めての神戸観光の折りに昼に飛び込みで入れたが、予約するのが望ましい。 大将から特選牛サーロインとフィレを薦められ、それに従う。特選サーロインは恐ろしく脂が甘い。これと比べると、特選フィレとはいえ(値段はむしろ高いのだが)平凡に感じてしまった。大将も「フィレはまあ旨いので、特に脂の甘さを味わって欲しいから」と特選サーロインをまず薦めてくる。個人的には、特選サーロインに絞るか、あとは味は劣るかもしれないけど(特選牛の)イチボやランプを出して食感で比較するのが楽しいと思った。後者は扱ってないから無いものねだりだが。このことから、あえて☆を一つ減らした次第だ。 因みに、サーロインの三倍はする特選牛のシャトーブリアンはどんなものだろ? 次は、財布が空になる覚悟で食べてみようか(^O^) 大将の接客も良く、前述のように居心地のよい大人の空間。お盆だったからか、家族連れが間違えて入店していたけど、居心地が悪そうだった。 予算は二人で3万程度からと安くはないけど、その価値はある。 無論、普通の神戸牛も扱っているから、或いは二人で1万位に抑えることも出来ようが、ここはやはり思い切って特選牛を選びたい。散財する価値は十分にあると思う。 (Translated by Google) This quiet, windowless space for adults, with about eight counter seats, serves award-winning Kobe beef.
