One of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The owner, who is also the chef, treated us with unbelievable rudeness from the moment we arrived. Instead of welcoming us, he acted irritated and dismissive, as if we were bothering him by coming to his restaurant. Throughout the meal, he showed no professionalism, no hospitality — just cold, arrogant behavior that made us extremely uncomfortable. For a restaurant that claims to serve premium Kobe beef, you’d expect a memorable experience — and it was, but for all the wrong reasons. Plenty of other places in Kobe serve incredible beef without the attitude. Skip this place and spend your money where you’ll actually be respected.
