The best beef I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The side garnishes and sauces alone were of exceptional quality. The genuine (crunchy) wasabi and perfectly cooked mushrooms were a wonderful surprise, huge credit to the chef for showing me that I DO like these foods when they are high quality and cooked to perfection!
Wonderful instructions on how to use each sauce and garnish. Friendly and attentive waitress that ensured my every need (including photo opportunities!) were met.
Chef was also friendly and demonstrated precise skills. I appreciated how he timed the meal to ensure more beef was being cooked regularly so it could be as fresh as possible while ensuring my plate never ran out.
Couldn't of asked for a better evening experience. I am still thinking about that Kobe beef, knowing I won't taste anything that delicious again when I'm back in the UK. Highly highly recommend.
