ワインはリストにないものもあったのでこちらの要望をしっかり聞いてくださります。また、抜栓せずに注げる機械をつかって注いでもらえるため少しお高いワインもグラスでいただけるのは嬉しいサービスでした。
とにかくおしゃべりなシェフとは違い、THE職人さんっていう感じの作法もキッチリされてる若い大将でした。
ビルの奥まってるところにお店を構えていらっしゃるのでマップ頼りでは恐らく辿りつない穴場でした。
