I appreciated how he timed the meal to ensure more beef was being cooked regularly so it could be as fresh as possible while ensuring my plate never ran out. Couldn't of asked for a better evening experience. I am still thinking about that Kobe beef, knowing I won't taste anything that delicious again when I'm back in the UK. Highly highly recommend.
