大将のオススメどおりサーロインとフィレの食べ比べを選びました。フィレは80gでオーダーできるので大変有り難かったです。
お肉の質は言うまでもなく、載せましたビーフシチューが今まで食べたシチュー料理の中で一番美味しかったです！完成するのに二日かかるのは驚きでした。笑
ワインはリストにないものもあったのでこちらの要望をしっかり聞いてくださります。また、抜栓せずに注げる機械をつかって注いでもらえるため少しお高いワインもグラスでいただけるのは嬉しいサービスでした。
とにかくおしゃべりなシェフとは違い、THE職人さんっていう感じの作法もキッチリされてる若い大将でした。
ビルの奥まってるところにお店を構えていらっしゃるのでマップ頼りでは恐らく辿りつない穴場でした。
