This chef does his job, explained all the sauces and dressing to us and how they should be used. Restaurant hidden on the inside without a street pusher to attract people in. So it may be quieter and easier to get seats. But I have no doubt it doesn’t lack in quality compared to other more popular restaurants. Kobe beef is pretty pricey but worth the experience!
