良いお肉が食べたいと思い以前から気になっていた神戸たん龍 三宮店さんにお伺いしました。
神戸新道沿いのビルの奥側にあり少し迷いましたがスグにお店も見つける事も出来ました。
店内はｶｳﾝﾀｰ7席ほどの小さいお店でしたが、小さいのでお肉を焼く時のライブ感も十分に楽しめました。
サーロインのお肉はとても柔らかくお肉の甘さと程よい脂加減で上質なお肉を堪能させてもらいました。
シェフも良い焼き加減で提供してくれて余分な脂は取り除いた調理をしてくれて胃もたれも一切しなかったです。
接客や調理方法などにこのお店のｻｰﾋﾞｽの良さを感じました。
その日はとても満足した一日になりました。
是非また行きたいと思います。
