I had the privilege of eating real Kobe beef in Kobe more than 20 years ago, and ever since then I have always hoped to experience that level of beef again. That deep, intense beef aroma combined with an almost praline-like, melt-in-the-mouth texture is truly unique.
Osaka, especially the tourist areas, is full of bright signs advertising Kobe beef, but this restaurant is on a completely different level. This was not just “Kobe beef” as a tourist label — it was the real experience I had been hoping to find again.
We were advised very well, and the entire evening was perfect. The chef prepared everything excellently, with great precision and respect for the product. Honestly, I cannot think of anything that could have been done better.
Even my wife, who is usually very picky, still asks me when we can go back and have Kobe beef again. That probably says everything. A memorable and outstanding evening.
