I had the Kobe beef sirloin here and it was outstanding. The marbling and quality of the meat were exceptional – incredibly tender, rich, and full of flavor.
A huge credit to the chef as well. The steak was cooked to perfection, with a perfect sear on the outside while keeping the inside buttery and melt-in-your-mouth. You can tell the chef really understands how to treat high-quality Kobe beef with respect.
