Firstly, it was great that we could make an online booking last night for today's lunch - so convenient and quickly confirmed by return email.
We chose the most popular set meal, which included several cuts of meat we could cook ourselves over a gas burner at our table. Rice, sauces, ginger and wasabi, plus a beaut salad and appetisers rounded out the meal.
Going for Saturday lunch was probably a good idea, as there seemed to be no hurry to move us on.
Helpful and obliging staff made us feel valued customers.
