Amazing dinner experience with friends in Kobe! The staff was very kind, welcoming, fluent in english, which made our experience complete, we've been hosted by Shiota, who was very kind and prepared along with his colleague to answer all of our questions, from drinks to meat cuts, and he grilled each cut differeny explaining to us also the techniques, and how to match the food with sauces and spices.
I've had a delicious sake made in Kobe and a plum wine.
Eventho we didn't have a reservation, the staff managed to host as in a few minutes, as soon as a table was ready.
