Yuri was absolutely exceptional, from giving us a detailed description of the menu and its offerings to showing us the proper way to cook and enjoy each cut of meat. Never had wasabi and soy sauce with my meat but it was a game changer! Absolute must when you’re in the area (and I’m not just saying this as a tourist). 100/10 for sure!
