I used to go there a long time ago, and it's been two years since my last visit, but I'll never go back.
I wasn't given a menu or a wet towel after I sat down; I had to call them out.
My food took a long time to arrive after ordering, and after 40 minutes, the only thing they had cooked was the tongue.
I got impatient, canceled everything else that hadn't arrived, paid the bill, and left.
I was there for about an hour, but I was only able to eat tongue, beef sushi, and kimchi, which is disappointing, since it's a restaurant I like.
It used to have a laid-back atmosphere where you could enjoy meat at your leisure, and I'd go there for birthdays and such, but has the clientele changed? I was surprised by how noisy it was, perhaps targeting tourists.
The manager-like man in the vest and the front desk staff were very friendly, and I had the impression that they worked well together, with quick responses and politeness. However, when I visited this time, all the staff seemed rushed, and the only person who was good at serving me was the tall man with brown, muscular hair who initially showed me to my table.
