以前から利用されていた他の方々も投稿されていますが、オーナー?店長?が代わってしまったのか全く別のお店になってしまいました。
ここ数年、記念日に予約し美味しいお肉、雰囲気、丁寧な接客、サービスを楽しみに利用していましたがもう行くことはありません。
まず売りにしているお肉の質が年々確実に下がっています。今回は口にして何ひとつ感動できませんでした。
肉寿司は見た目はいいですがなかなか噛みきれず口の中に残るし、タンは凍っておりトングを2本使わないと剥がれない始末…。
盛り合わせは前にはあった部位の説明、お肉に合わせた美味しい焼き方(片面15秒ずつという一般的な方法は教わった)が簡素化されており前述した質の低下もありメイン料理なのに美味しく頂けませんでした。
最初に生ビールを注文した際も料理の提供スピードが遅く、せっかく冷えていたジョッキはみるみるぬるくなり泡は消えてしまったので取り替えをお願いしました。(コースで予約しており、いつもならサラダ等すぐに運ばれてくるので乾杯も待ち、口もつけずに待っていました。)
接客に関しても話しかけていただく内容が居酒屋ノリに近く、以前のような落ち着いた雰囲気に合わずかなりストレスでした。
また、そのスタッフさんが隣のテーブルを片付け、準備する際に食器は音を立てながら配置するし、消毒用アルコールのボトルを誤ってこちらの足元付近に飛ばしてしまいましたが、小さな声ですみませんとだけ言い、顔をあげることなく裏に消えていってしまったので接客とは?と思ってしまいました。
とにかく以前いらっしゃったお肉に詳しく、落ち着いた心配りの接客で特別感のあるお店の雰囲気を作り上げていたスタッフさんが居なくなってしまったのが残念でなりません。
外国人観光客が多くなりお肉の質、ホスピタリティの質を下げても利益が見込めるようになってしまったのか価格帯が高いだけの大衆的なお店に成り下がってしまったので今後利用することはないです。

In any case, it's a shame that the staff who used to come here, who were knowledgeable about meat and who created a special atmosphere in the restaurant with their calm and considerate customer service, are gone.
As the number of foreign tourists increases, it has become possible to make a profit even if the quality of the meat and hospitality is lowered, so it has become a popular restaurant with a high price range, so I will no longer use it in the future.
