Speaking as a tourist with minimal Japanese language ability, it was a bit difficult figuring out the menu and ordering. Eventually, it got smoother and was a lot of fun grilling the meat and vegetables ourselves at the table. The staff did their best to help us out, and the prices were reasonable. Seating availability was slightly above average.
In particular, make sure to have a browser on your phone like Google Chrome that can translate the ordering web app they use (QR code). Start by ordering one unlimited meats and one unlimited drink deal for each person. You'll get an initial set of meats and veggies. After that, you can order more plates of meat and refills as needed via the app.
