元町方面に遠征しました。ランチで、神戸牛ラーメン八坐和さんを訪問しました。神戸牛ラーメンのお店なのは店名で判明していましたが、八坐和とは何なのか分からないまま入店、直ぐにその意味が判明しました。店内に、ロックの神・矢沢永吉のBGMが。雰囲気ナイス。
神戸牛ラーメンセット（塩白湯）をオーダーし、いただきました。ラーメンのトッピングが別皿で提供されます。ぼっかけとライスも別々なので、それぞれセッティングしていただきます。
ラーメンば牛肉スープがよく効いていて美味しかったです。
