It really felt like the service was focused on the customer.
When we tried to go into a chain restaurant, they told us about 10 minutes before closing, even though last orders were at 9:30, and at that point I thought, "What!?", but I didn't have time to look elsewhere and was wondering what to do when the lady told us that a restaurant was open, and she made the effort to ask us, so we ended up going to the chain restaurant. When we went in and looked at the menu and were discussing how many grams we wanted, she said, "Last orders are at 9:30, could you please take that into consideration?" I felt like she was indirectly telling me to hurry up and make a decision, but my friend didn't hear and asked me what I said, and I replied, "It's the last order, so hurry up and make a decision!" and she corrected me and said that's not what she meant. I suddenly went to Kobe, so I was dressed casually, so I guess I looked broke, lol.
The food was okay, but for 4,000 yen, I could get a better steak, lol.
I ended with a lazy thank you, lol.
Chain restaurants are better at greeting people properly, lol.
I also run a restaurant and employ people, but I wouldn't want to hire these employees, and I couldn't even raise their minimum wage, lol.
