クリスマスコースをいただきました。まず、予約の名前を伝えると呼び捨てで復唱され、その時点で少し疑いを持ちましたが予想は的中。
その方が担当でしたが、バイトの子なのか身だしなみも決して気持ちがいいものではなく、言葉遣いもまともな敬語が遣えていませんでした。

次の料理を出すにも空いたお皿を下げる前に出そうとするからお客のこちらがお皿を避けたりする配慮がないといけませんでした。
肝心のお肉も扱いに慣れて無さすぎる。“ヘラで手際よく”が命なのにお肉をつかみ損ねて転がすわ、カットするのもナイフでひと切り、とするべきところをギコギコ。サイズもバラバラ、お皿へ盛り付けるのもバラバラ。端の方は切り損ねてちぎったような断面。手際が悪すぎて端の方は完全に焼けてしまいウェルダンに。お肉も固くなってしまい、とてもプロが出していいものではありませんでした。
最後はこちらが食事をしている前で鉄板をゴシゴシ掃除。同じテーブルに他のお客さん来ているならまだしも、さっさと掃除を始められて、早く帰れと言われているように感じました。
シェフはバイトかもしれませんがこちらはそんな事関係ないので、もっと技術の向上、マナー指導をしてからお店に立たせるべきだと思います。
口コミを見る限り、シェフの当たり外れがあまりにも大きいようなので、もっと技術、マナーレベルの統一化をしないとこのような口コミは無くならないと思います。正直、サービス項目は星マイナスをしたいくらいです。
