コロナ渦での久しぶりの外食。初めて利用する店では当たりはずれがあるのも覚悟の上。しかし、こんなに酷い鉄板焼の店があっていいものか!!!パートナーと神戸牛ガーリックライスランチを注文。まず、私達のガーリックライスと神戸牛が、他の客がべらべらべらべらべらべら喋る目の前の鉄板で焼かれるのを見て食欲減退。(この店では当たり前らしい!!)次に、鉄板焼の担当は見習い。ガーリックライスと言えば、まず熱々の鉄板でにんにくのスライスを焼いて、香り高く仕上げるはずが、にんにくの香りもしない、また塩味が足りずタレの味しかしないねっとりとしたたまご炒飯のようなモノができあがり、そのうえに、これまたアブラのまわりきったタレの味しかしない神戸牛?(神戸牛も泣いているはず!)が載せられる。ひとえに鉄板の温度が低い。タレの味がしつこい。アブラまみれ。上に小ネギぐらい散らしてほしい。とにかく不味い。自分達も一度食べてみればいい。レジも態度が悪い。事故に遭った気分。大切なお金と時間を返してほしい。高級鉄板焼店を名乗る資格なし。 (Translated by Google) It's been a while since we last ate out during the COVID-19 pandemic.
