お店が気になってましたが、神戸牛の文字に気後れしそうなのでまずはランチで訪問したのですが、玄関先の立看板メニューで既に惑わされながらも狙いの赤身を頼めました。
神戸牛(但馬牛のエリート)を初めて食べましたが、獣臭くなく、変な脂の味もせず、だからといって肉質は柔らかく、本当に旨かった。今度は他の部位を食べてみたいし、ランチメニューのカレーやビーフ焼き肉鉄板焼も食べてみたいのて、再訪決定です！

I had been curious about the restaurant, but was intimidated by the mention of Kobe beef, so I decided to visit for lunch first. Although I was already tempted by the menu sign at the entrance, I ended up ordering the lean meat I was after.
It was my first time eating Kobe beef (elite Tajima beef), and it didn't have a gamey smell or strange fatty taste. The meat was tender and really delicious. I'd like to try other cuts next time, as well as the curry and beef teppanyaki from the lunch menu, so I'll definitely be returning!
