We chance upon Kobe Beef Steak looking for lunch. Katsuno stepped out to greet us to his restaurant. He was friendly and chatty throughout our meal. He showed us the best rate of beef (ie soft). He demonstrated his cooking skills asking us how we want it done rare, medium or medium rare. Throughout his cooking he continued to explain the ingredients that we should eat match. The bean sprouts to go with the miso. When the beef was presented to us he indicated that it should go with salt etc. He also return to check if we satisfied with the beef. Despite our language barrier he manages to break the ice. We enjoyed our lunch very much. It is a friendly restaurant and comfortable environment to have lunch.
