An unforgettable dining experience from start to finish. The Kobe beef was unbelievably juicy, incredibly tender, and literally melted in the mouth with every bite. Easily one of the best beef experiences throughout the entire trip — the richness, texture, and flavour were simply on another level. Every piece felt carefully prepared to perfection.
What made the evening even more memorable was the warmth and hospitality from the chefs. Both the experienced veteran chef and the younger chef were exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. They took time to explain the different cuts, cooking styles, and best ways to enjoy each bite, making the whole experience feel personal and special rather than just another meal.
Their genuine smiles, patience, and passion for their craft created such a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. You could truly feel the pride and care they put into every detail, from preparation to presentation. It wasn’t only about serving amazing food — it felt like they sincerely wanted every guest to leave happy and satisfied.
Definitely one of the most memorable meals of the trip, and a place I would gladly revisit again. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic and heartwarming Kobe beef experience.
