On a Sunday, we arrived in the late morning to check out the Kawabata sheltered mall. As we started walking around, we saw this Kobe beef restaurant, and decided to try. We chose the set meal, and requested for the beef to be medium done. It was beautifully seared and cooked teppanyaki style, with a crisp exterior and a juicy, tender center.
The lady chef explained every item that she prepared and served, and this added to the fine experience.
For an additional fee, we replaced the rice with 2 pieces of Kobe beef sushi, and this was exceptional.
After the food, the coffee was a good ending to the meal.
Also, I think the price is reasonable given the flavorful and savory finish of the beef.
I am glad it was not too filling, because it was not meant to be when enjoying such quality teppanyaki.
