中洲川端商店街で神戸牛の鉄板焼き。
そもそも神戸牛とは、但馬牛の中でも一定の品質基準を満たす選りすぐりだけが神戸牛と呼ばれ、赤身と脂肪の溶け合う上品な霜降り和牛ということらしい。で、職人が厳選し一頭買いしているので、さまざまな部位を楽しめるということだが、3歳幼児同伴だったので、ハンバーグを注文。
子供と取り分けるつもりでダブルハンバーグを注文。
鉄板でじっくり焼き上げてます。途中、氷と一緒に蓋して蒸し焼きもあり。15分〜20分ほど待つ間、目の前で調理の様子が見えるのも愉しかった。
店はなかなか大人な雰囲気で、ゆったり落ち着く感じ。いいねぇ〜♪
肝心のハンバーグは予想通りの美味しさ!
肉汁が溢れ出すパターンじゃないのが好ましい。余計な脂は入れてない。のかな。
次はガーリックライスがいいな。

なんだけど、平日に付いてくるライス&スープ、土日祝は別料金に!なんと!残念。
あと、焼き方が変わった。
ハンバーグは表面焼いたら、1度グリルへGO!
