25周年記念コースを予約し来店。
目の前の大きな鉄板で焼き上げるライブ感はワクワクしました。
前菜・サラダ・ステーキ・ご飯・スープの内容だったのですが、ご飯・スープがいつまで経っても来ない……しまいには「お会計を……」と声をかけられてびっくりしました。
ご飯・スープがきていない事を伝えると急いでバックヤードらしきところに飛び込んでいって、またしばらく放置……時間も無いし、埒が開かないため、来ていない品分を減額できないか伝えると、別のスタッフから謝罪などはなくただ了承の言葉だけでした。
店舗内は私達のグループ含め、2組しかいなかったため、忙しいから忘れていたとかはなかったはず……とモヤモヤしながら会計しました。
尚、会計時に連れが「出すのを忘れていたのか？」とスタッフに問いかけてようやく謝罪の言葉がありました。
料理は美味しかったのですごく残念です。
このままのオペレーションなら、他の方にオススメはできないです……

We visited the restaurant having booked the 25th anniversary course.
It was thrilling to see the food being cooked live on the huge iron plate right in front of us.
Our order included appetizer, salad, steak, rice, and soup, but the rice and soup never arrived...and we were surprised when they finally called out, "Please give us the bill."
When we explained that the rice and soup hadn't arrived, the staff member hurried off to what seemed to be the back room and left us there for a while again...We didn't have much time and couldn't resolve the issue, so we asked if they could reduce the price for the missing items, but another staff member only agreed, with no apology.
There were only two other groups in the restaurant, including ours, so we paid the bill feeling frustrated, thinking that they couldn't have forgotten because they were busy.
When we were paying the bill, my companion asked the staff member, "Did they forget to bring it out?" and finally received an apology.
It's a shame because the food was delicious.
If they continue to operate like this, we can't recommend this restaurant to anyone...
