This is definitely not A5 Kobe wagyu… the marbling is way off. Compared to the other Kobe beef that I had previously, this is seriously substandard. The texture and taste are nowhere near where it is shld be. I doubt it is even A3. And I felt prejudiced being a non-Japanese. I need to ask for the condiments to be served when it was brought to the other Japanese customers automatically.
