前妻の蓋裏に感謝の言葉があって、ほっこりしつつ食べ進めると、この店独自で作っているドレッシングなどがかかったサラダなど調味料のバランスがとってもよくで食が進みました。
お肉を食すために塩とたれのさらが置かれたので塩をちょいとなめてみると、しょっぱくない！！！
嘗めた後に、ほんわかとミネラル？うまみが繰りの中に広がる極上の味。
お伺いしたところ、結晶化した上澄み部分を使っているとのことで、そのこだわりに感服しました♪
私は肉を食べるとき、潮に偏ってしまうんですけど、この極上の塩はもちろんたれも肉にあっていて、交互にパクパク食べてしまいました。肉はもちろん美味しいのですが、調味料へのこだわりが素晴らしい✨
夫の誕生日だと告げたら、もっとはやくいってくれたらいいのにといいながらデザートに花火着けてくれました＾＾
ほかの方のクチコミみると、ケーキにメッセージがついているプレートがあるので、特別な日のためのサービスがあるのかな。
でも、当日知ったからと、あるものでなんとかしようとするそのお気持ちが嬉しい🌸
