サービスも雰囲気も南京町としては十分なレベルだとは思いますが、神戸ビーフ🥩という名前とお値段からすれば高級感が皆無なので、３点評価かなと思いました。でも南京町としてなら４点以上でも良いと思います。実際、お味は流石は神戸ビーフ🥩凄く美味しくてトロける柔らかさで５点満点でした。そこらのステーキ・ハウスで頂く鉄板焼きステーキよりもズーッと美味しかったです。ただ、食べ歩き向けにはお値段が高すぎるし量的にも多すぎて重たいのです。もう少し食べ歩き向けの工夫があればと思います。量的に小さくなると焼き過ぎ易くて難しいし食べ応え的にも満喫し難いだろうから物凄〜く大変な挑戦ですが頑張って欲しいです！
そう言えば、今の店舗の場所に以前あったお店は神戸ビーフ🥩のサンドイッチみたいな食べ物を提供していたように思います。食べ歩きグルメとしてはアリだと思いますが、お味は今のレベルで少し小さく=お安くなれば最高ですが。。。
今のスタイルでも味だけなら間違い無く５点満点だと思いますから、お高いですけど皆さんも是非挑戦してみてください！
