The waitress who welcomed us does not or could not speak or read Japanese while our reservation is booked under the name “由”. She spend another five minutes trying to find our reservation and ended up showing us the whiteboard with all the reservations. And I found the name in the middle of the whiteboard this whole time. She offered us the seats without offering us water, tea or menu. The food and the cook is aweome. Sunita who I believe is the manager in charge later came and saved the day. But the welcoming waitress clearly has no idea what her job is.
