First of all, the food was exquisite. The cook really knows how to work his meat. We had the medium rare sirloin and the presented cuts were both beautiful and tender to the point of melting in your mouth. The chef Kaji was giving recomendations in a polite, yet firm manner, exuding confidence in his craft and taste. The manager Sunita, was also very polite and forthcoming, making sure our experience was the best possible.
