Went to get dinner at Koujyu today by reservation and was served by Chef Saira. Meat was good although not as tender as I imagined, but I guess because it's not the top recommended meat type. Still, it's a delightful dining experience. Chef Saira was very helpful by giving her recommendations of how to mix the meat or vegetables with the seasonings, very attentive, and also well-versed in English, so it's easy to communicate with her.
