Our first Kobe beef experience in Hyogo-Kobe was fantastic. Chef Matsouka provided detailed explanations, guiding us on the best way to enjoy each cut in sequence. We savored soft, juicy sirloin and tender red meat, cooked to a perfect medium rare. Saira, our host, wrapped up the meal with warm hospitality. The service truly made the experience memorable.
