Managed to walk-in for dinner (was busy but they were able to accommodate us 30min later which was fine for us as we were able to walk around). Each group of customer is individually served by 1 chef. Ours was Saira who was a very warm and friendly lady. Kobe beef was amazing and very well cooked by her as well and she had provided recommendations of best ways to eat the steak. Meal was expectedly expensive but was worth the experience.
