Well, I ate the Kobe beef here on 03 Dec. I ordered the A5 premium sirloin, special rare part and tender lean meat. It was never the melt in the mouth experience you want. So don’t bother to try here. Sorry, the lady chef was kind but we paid over USD$400 for once in a life time experience and no we didn’t. My wife and I have tried the real melt in the mouth beef last time. We regretted it so much.
