La nourriture etait delicieuse. Certes le boeuf de Kobe sst cher mais c’est vraiment delicieux!! La viande est tellement tendre qu’elle fond dans la bouche. De plus notre chef Matsouka l’a merveilleusement cuite et nous l’a preparee avec brio devant nous. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aime le fait qu’il prepare de petits bouts du morceau de boeuf choisi pour qu’on puisse les deguster avec differents condiments. Bravo!!
