Found Kojyu while we were walking in Kobe. We were lucky enough to get a seat without a reservation. The staff was super friendly! Our host, Saira, was very sweet and helped us figure out what to order. Chef Matsouka was extremely nice, and walked us through his recommendations for what pairs well with each cut of meat.
Food was also great, cannot recommend it enough!
