Best beef we've ever had. Kohama-san (head chef) expertly cooked and served our selection of Kobe cuts - also provided guidance on condiments for each plating.
The salad dressing with black sesame was a delightful and refreshing start to the meal and followed by the best beef soup - the flavour was deep and the hot soup was perfect against the melt-in-mouth pieces of Kobe beef! Having steaks at home will never be the same again!!!
