My family and I visited Kobe this summer and we decided to go to Kobe Beef Koujyu for lunch. We had Yoshimoto-san as our chef and he was extremely professional. He carefully explained our beef cuts, sauces and ways to savor the quality meats. He made sure to adapt the needs of our kids such as serving them first, cutting the meat into smaller pieces and serving us at a right pace. It was an amazing and flavorful experience!
