The food was very well made, we had a great chef that was very friendly and conversed well while he prepared our Chateau Briand. The quality of the meat was evident with wonderful marbling, you can expect to spend a decent amount, depending on the type and cut, but everything that is good usually has a cost associated with it! Would go again!
