Enjoyed some Chateaubriand as recommended by the matron upon asking for suggestions. Chef Miyata was skilled, entertaining, and always trying to make sure everything was to the best quality he could provide. For 110g and the A set, which added rice and Kobe wagyu broth soup, it came out to around 38000¥. Not cheap, but the meat melted in my mouth and all the various additions changed the flavor profile in various ways. I think my favorite was a bit of the salt with a piece of beef and then chase it with the soy sauce soaked garlic. Amazing experience, 10/10!
