The beef was unreal: buttery, rich, and cooked to absolute perfection. Every slice practically dissolved on the tongue. Geetu guided us through each cut, explaining the flavor differences and preparing everything right in front of us with so much care. You can really feel the passion in the way she cooks — precise, patient, and genuinely excited to share the best of Kobe beef with his guests.
The presentation was beautiful, the seasoning was balanced, and the sear was perfect. Even the sides and sauces complemented the beef without overpowering it. Everything tasted elevated yet simple in the best way.
On top of that, Geetu made the experience fun and memorable. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like honored guests. It’s rare to find both exceptional food and such warm hospitality in one place.
