12年ぶりに訪れた神戸で、グルメにおいて一番楽しみにしていた神戸牛の鉄板焼き。
職人さんが目の前で自分だけの為にじっくり調理してくれる贅沢な時間。お肉の焼き加減、味は言うまでもなく絶品中の絶品ですが、付け合わせの野菜も甘みとうまみたっぷりで凄く美味しかったです。また、お肉を焼いた時に出た時の脂で炒めてくれたもやし炒めも、ご飯が進む美味しさでした。
平日の夕方の早めの時間だったのもあって、店内は落ち着いた雰囲気でした。
また行きたいです。いつかシャトーブリアン食べてみたい…
