We had dinner at KOUJYU (煌壽) this evening and it was an exceptional experience. The Kobe beef was superb, cooked to perfection.
The ambience was refined and comfortable, and the service was impeccable. A special mention to Chef Thao, whose professionalism and expertise truly elevated the dining experience. She thoughtfully guided us on the best way to enjoy each dish, carefully explained every sauce, and even kindly offered to take photos for us. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made the evening especially memorable.
A highly recommended dining destination, and one we would gladly return to.
