This was an authentic and wonderful experience. We arrived without reservations and they seated us immediately. Our teppanyaki chef Takada was awesome! He was an artist with his food preparation and presentation, and he and all of the staff were very kind, humble, polite, and respectful. The food was delicious and Takada prepared and served the meat and vegetables in small portions to keep it hot and gave us specific suggestions for how to use the seasonings and sauces to flavor the bite-sized Kobe beef pieces he had prepared. The service was amazing throughout the meal and the staff thanked us with a bow when we were leaving.
