Probably the best beef I’ve ever had. The quality of the meat was exceptional, with amazing flavour, and it was cooked to perfection by Chef Hagi. He also guided me on the best way to experience Kobe beef.
I ordered one of the set meals to accompany the beef, which included a miso soup made with Kobe beef, rice, and grilled vegetables. Every item in the set was excellent and complemented the main course, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
