Went to Kobe without booking and found this place looking at these reviews. A lot of articles say you need a booking but we went on a weeknight and they take walk ins! Its upstairs from a cheaper place downstairs and whilst it’s pricey it is worth every yen. The meat was amazing, melt in your mouth stuff and has ruined all other beef for me now as I will always compare it to this. The chef was funny and knowledgeable and his English was great. This place has great reviews for a reason.
