The experience was to see how the beef is prepared and handled.
They help with ordering and recommended garnishing for the Kobe beef.
The beef is order in grams from 80-180*, however is served roughly 40grams at one time. This was so the beef served to you wouldn’t go cold and that you could savour the flavours without having to rush.
Lunch set was great. Came with rice, Kobe beef soup, pickled vegetables and tepanyaki Vegetable.
I highly recommend getting their Kobe beef sushi!
