We just had lunch at Koujyu. We arrived after 2:00 and they were able to accommodate us for lunch, we very much appreciated their flexibility and service. Our Chef Yoshimoto was amazing. His technique in cooking our steaks and the entire meal was top class. We really appreciated the information about Kobe in the region and the beef from Saira. I highly recommend this restaurant and would return for another meal anytime
